While I was asleep

I was gassed out of consciousness just a few minutes ago. When I woke up, I saw something very odd at my night table.

This black device which looks like an usb-stick. It is somehow jammed, that i can`t use it without knowing the password. Then came another note: NINE LETTERS.

Any help guys?
